Construction Consulting Agreements
For Construction/Home building Consultants and Owner builder clients
HCC Agreements include an in depth description of the various Levels of consulting services provided, and the responsibilities and activities of the Consultant and Owner clients.
Note: Consultants using EZConstruction Manager can transfer/share files with Owner builder clients using EZhomebuild.

Pre-Construction Phase Consulting Agreement with Owner – describes all Pre-construction Consulting services up to a final house cost Estimate entered in EZhomebuild software, including the owner's finish selections.

Construction Consulting Agreement with Owner-builder for Level 1 Services – describes Construction Phase responsibilities of both the Consultant and Owner, when the Owner assumes all building activity responsibilities related to ordering materials, scheduling all subcontractors/ suppliers/services tasks and making all payments.
Construction Consulting Agreement with Owner-builder for Level 2 Services – describes Construction Phase responsibilities of both the Consultant and Owner, when the Owner assumes most building activity responsibilities related to ordering materials, scheduling all subcontractors/ suppliers/services tasks and making all payments; and Consultant provides some support services.
