C. Working with a Consultant? import selected Vendor info emailed from your Consultant.

D. Change Order information includes Change Order Signature Form for both parties. 

E. Import/export Vendor Information from/to QuickBooks - save much time by transferring your Vendors information between QuickBooks and EZConstructionManager.

A. Reports export feature creates instant spreadsheets, documents, pdf files and other types; then use My Files Docs Mgmt. to organize them by Job, Vendor, Customer/contact, Cost Item number, Subject and Date associated with each document.  

B. The Payments and Receipts Register Reports include all your entered Check, Credit Card and Cash transactions indicating Date, Job, Payee, Amount, Deposits, and Balance. Software screens contain a Print button that automatically opens the Report for the screen being used. 

C. Virtually all of your information can be viewed and edited in your PDA - both existing files and ones you add and create from any Report such as spreadsheets, documents or others.
