1. Transfer, edit and “Synchronize” database files and tables in EZCM to your handheld PDA by using HanDBase software (Professional Ed. with 'Sync Exchange for Microsoft Access' - $39.99).
“Synchronize” - changes made in those database files on your PDA or on your PC (where EZCM is installed) will be updated when you perform a “Hot Sync” between your PDA and PC. EZCM's Help file contains complete instructions.
2. Export Reports in EZCM into various file formats (doc, xls, pdf, htm, rtf, etc.) and organize them in the 'My Files' Docs Management screen. These files can then be transferred to your PDA for viewing and editing; however edited Reports will not update databases on your PC or PDA.
