Our EZ-QuickBooks Integration Package contains files and features that save you time and effort when using your QuickBooks accounting software and EZConstructionManager (EZCM) or EZhomebuild.  They include:

1.  Import EZCM standard Cost Activities into your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, so you can charge the same account numbers/names as in EZCM or EZhomebuild.  

2.  Export all EZCM or EZhomebuild Estimates into QuickBooks versions that create and report Estimates.

3.  Import your QuickBooks Vendors information into EZCM or EZhomebuild Vendor files; and export your Vendors information into QuickBooks Vendor files. 

4.  Import EZCM Customers and cost Items List information into QuickBooks versions that import Excel files (requires Excel 2000, 2002, 2003).  EZCM Reports create the .xls or .csv files, then use QuickBooks 'Mapping' screen to control how each column of information from your spreadsheet is brought into QuickBooks.
